Food: Marché

Yehey! 1 more night to go and I’m going home at last. Grabe sobrang excited na ko! Everyone’s on leave and yet here I am in SG, doing nothing. Sayang na sayang lang…chosz! Ngayon alam ko na, next year uuwi ako ng Christmas and New Year. Kung alam ko lang petiks ako ng 2weeks! Oh well…it’s too late to fret. So while waiting, of course layas muna and spending quality time with friends and myself. Yes, it’s “me time” most of the time pero enjoy naman ako. 🙂

I was in the mood to do “food trip” so I’ve decided to go to Marché at 313 Somerset. I’ve long been asking boyfriend for us to go here, pero oo lang ng oo. Same concept as Shokudo, they’ll give you a guest card upon entry which stores all the purchases and then you can choose among the stalls whichever food you want to order. Cashless dining in a way and payment can be made right after eating.

Since I’ve tried Shokudo which serves mostly Japanese cuisine and Medz which serves Mediterranean, Marché restaurant has mostly European food. I chose a quiet seat at the corner so I can take pictures. And since I’m on a battle mode, hala sige order lang. I ordered first, a small plate of salad and iced chocolate. Simple joys of eating happy food. 🙂

Then for my 2nd order, I avail a salmon steak with potato salad. Busog na busog lang right after, katakawan to the finest. Noche buena everyday. Hahaha!

After eating, I walk around the restaurant just looking at each stalls and checking the foods. Lord, I’m sorry for committing this capital sin, ang sarap lang po talaga kumain. Thank you so much for this blessing.

Healthy Foods

After the holidays, balik poverty diet mode na naman and syempre mag da-diet-dietan as part of my yearly New Year’s resolution (pfffffftttttt asa). For now since 2011 pa naman, araw araw fiesta mode lang.🙂
