Food: Five Cows Resto and Ice Cream Bar

i went home to ph last week to spend nye with my family. it was a very short stay, only 4 days because i’m not planning on a major homecoming anyway. i just badly want to spend the nye back home since i was working overnight last new year’s eve. hmmm, and i also miss the smoggy, noisy nye in metro manila. in fact, my father brings home some firecrackers every new year. dagdag si father sa air pollution…hahaha!!!

i spent most of my days at trinoma mall because of the power outage at our area which lasted for 2 days. na feel ko talaga ang swerte on the 1st 2 days (roll eyes).

so, my brother brought me at five cows resto and ice cream bar for lunch. i’ve been there a couple of times, so already had an idea what to order. i like their meals and desserts, swak sa comfort food category. i ordered chicken in cream and basil, while my brother ordered grilled chicken barbecue. basta anything cream-based, type!

then after the main course, my brother and i shared a slice of rum and chocolate cake. masarap! we saw the flaming alaska at a nearby table, sana na try namin. next time. 🙂
