International Babywearing Week is a week-long celebration to promote the advocacy of babywearing benefits. For this year, it is celebrated from 4th October until the 10th. Meanwhile, New Zealand babywearing week started on the 2nd of October until the 11th.
Personally, having a baby carrier is one of the biggest blessings we have as parents. I’m thankful that somebody invented a carrier because we couldn’t have survive this long caring for the little boy without it. At a young age, Mr N was able to travel all around New Zealand. Aside from that, husband and I were able to do other chores while little bub was snuggled inside the carrier, very comfortable sleeping and loving the smell of dad’s (or mum’s) smelly armpits. haha!
Babywearing saves the day! I love our carriers, it keeps us closer to our baby. 🙂
